Felicity Furey understood what this was like when she started her first job as a structural engineer. She learned that the position didn’t suit her skill set and preferences.
This learning experience allowed her to explore other employment opportunities.
Soon, she was able to get a position in the Brisbane City Council, where she was much more suited.
